Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.

Provide general administrative support.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
